Rise&Shine Properties was established in 2010. Main Objective of company was to provide affordable plots in new developing colony around the Indore city. Between 2010 to 2013 was a boom period when Super Corridor Indore atttracted the attention of public of Indore. Major Infotech companies plant there hubs at Super Corridor and Metro project was in pipeline. At Super Corridor Indore our company sold significant numbers of Plot to all income group of society. Company name changed to Rise&Shine Properties and Builders in 2014. This was the time when Pradhan Mantri Aawas Yogna was launched and lower income group dream became reality by construction on small area plots.These project fueled by subsidy of 2.67Lakh. Continous reduction in home loan interest rate dropped the EMI as low as Rs6000 per month. Company provided homes at base rate 11 Lakh to autorikshaw driver and labour catagory of society. It was great joy sharing experience for customer and company. Now our company is focused on providing with best Property, Residential, Commercial, Agricultural, Farm house in Indore(MP).
